At Annal Ambedkar Social Welfare Movement, all donations are voluntary and made towards supporting social welfare initiatives.
1. No Refund Policy
Donations once made are non-refundable, except in cases of genuine transaction errors.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only if:
- A duplicate transaction occurred
- An incorrect amount was donated due to technical error
- Unauthorized payment is reported
3. Refund Request Timeline
Requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us with:
- Donation receipt / transaction ID
- Donor name and contact details
- Reason for refund
